So this (and the one I posted the other day) is from this weekend, when I sat in my living room, finally playing with the fabric gerberas and white wrapping paper bought at the dollar store a few weeks ago.

The living room was completely filled with light, let in by our huge windows, and there is just something about the sunlight in the winter – it just seems so much brighter and airy-er than the light in any other time of year. Maybe because the days are so gloomy and the dark comes so fast that any light seems like a sweet gift!
